Hebgen and Boating

My all time favorite place to be is my cabin at Hebgen Lake, Montana. It is a tiny little cabin that my Great Grandfather built over 80 years ago and it has a beautiful lake 20 feet in front of it. Some people say the best thing to do there is go fishing, but for now i say waterskiing is my favorite thing to do. The average day at Hebgen consists of this: Waking up at 8:00 am and slalom on the glassiest water you have ever seen. Come back at 10:00 am to cook a delicious breakfast and enjoy it with your family. Go back out on the boat at 11:00 am to wake skate, wake surf and tube. Come back in at 1:00 PM where you can do the following; read, play games, watch movies, take a nap, hike, play volleyball or just enjoy the company of who you are with. Then at 3:00 PM have a light snack and proceed to go back out on the boat. At 6:00 PM, shower and help mom make dinner. Eat dinner. Maybe go out on the boat one more time, then clean up the beach, come inside to watch a movie or stay outside and make a campfire and have smores. Life is really hard up at Hebgen and it is the perfect place to spend your summer.
